Dan_Em is a Music Industry major at the State University of New York, College at Oneonta. He has worked and collaborated with executives, publicists and publishers from many major labels. He is also an Audio Production minor. His diverse studies of music and real world experience have aided him in the analytical and objective perceptions of music- being able to step outside the box. His specialized breadth of study also enables his encompassing expertise in the music industry and its obscure niche markets. While learning much from his peers and professors, he’s never too shy to extend his views, experiences and overall opinions. Analyzing the socio-political forces that drive music, or vice versa, is also an interest to Dan_Em. Additionally, disco music, club and DJ culture is a passion of his. While not involved in academics or writing, Dan enjoys DJing, producing, cooking, rugby and spending time with his close mates, girlfriend and black pomeranian, Mika.
